Unless they’re on a stick.
Consider the case of the Minnesota Twins and their new stadium, which is scheduled to open in 2010. The company that won the bid to run concessions at the new park says it is searching for a signature food item that speaks volumes about the team’s fan base. And boy they cut right to the chase in the upper Midwest, dontcha know:
“We’re looking to do something with walleye, maybe on a stick,” joked Rick Abramson, president of Delaware North.
Um, who says he was joking?

They’re fish. On a stick. AND THEY BELONG IN OUR BALLPARKS.
